Ort Gallery is pleased to present the SPARK South Asian Art Festival, two weeks of FREE films, music, arts, crafts, street art, theatre, poetry, food and more. Six Birmingham community arts organisations either based in and/or working with a range of communities from Sparkhill or Sparkbrook are offering you a number of events designed with and by local people.

SPARK gives a flavour of the rich diversity of arts activities influenced by South Asian Arts in this bustling part of Birmingham. All events are free but some require booking. SPARK is part of Utsav – Birmingham City Council’s Year of South Asian Arts. We look forward to seeing you at SPARK!

Find us and share your experiences on Twitter and Instagram with #Utsav17

SPARK has been designed by Ort Gallery and commissioned by Birmingham City Council.
