Every year Ort Gallery exhibits its members art work in a group show. This year the exhibition is curated by artist members Kathryn Sawbridge, Lesley Stewart and Maggie Leaver. There has been a rich and diverse response to this year’s theme, reflecting members’ personal, social and political perspectives.

Ort Gallery is an artist-led exhibition space in Balsall Heath. We are on a social mission to challenge the traditional role of visual art spaces. We believe everyone should have access to high quality art experiences and aim to provide that standard. We contribute to making the sector more inclusive by actively rejecting the exclusivity often found in the arts.
