Wellbeing messages

by Sabba Khan

Sabba Khan and Balsall Heath women created these beautiful wellbeing messages.

The 6 artworks promote physical and mental wellbeing in the home whilst our community recovers from the effects of the global pandemic.

We want you to know that there are other people isolating and feeling alone. The artworks are designed to sit in different areas of your home as daily reminders to look after your mental health.

Bridging Gaps with Art and Warmth

Ort Gallery is an artist-led exhibition space in Balsall Heath, Birmingham. We are on a social mission to challenge the traditional role of visual art spaces in Birmingham.
